As quantity surveyor, you will be required to manage all costs relating to the Groups projects from initial calculations to the final figures, you are required to seek to minimize the costs of a project and enhance value for money while achieving required standard & quality.

Candidate must possess Degree/Diploma in QS / Building / Construction Management or equivalent
Minimum 2 to 5 years working experience in high-rise construction works / civil works
Knowledge in Pre and Post Contract Administration
Possess strong planning, interpersonal, communication, organization and negotiation skills
Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Project, AutoCad
Able to speak & write Mandarin is an added advantage
Possess own transport & valid driving licence

Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly site valuation report and work progress report. Evaluate and prepare project progress claim, VO evaluation and project final count.
Evaluate & verify sub-contractors’ monthly claim for sub-contractors’ payment certificate and responsible for site management.
Attend site meeting as well as site valuations / measurement.
Ensure that tender documents, letter award, BQ, contract document, quotation submission, etc. are in order. Assist in compilation of quotations, price comparisons and negotiations with suppliers & sub-contractors.
Responsible for tender costing and preparation of tender documents for submission.
Monitor and control project budget and project cash flow.
Coordinate with contractors and site personnel.
Handle and manage purchasing of building materials.
Liaise with suppliers to purchase and follow up with them to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Liaise with clients, consultants and sub-contractors.
