Job Description
– Responsible for preparing, managing and monitoring applications/submissions to all authorities
– Liaise with consultants and Technical Departments to ensure conformity with Malaysian building Bylaws and all statutory and authorities requirements
– Ensuring submissions and approvals from authorities are obtained on time to ensure the company’s project run without delays
– Coordinate the progress of the property development projects from pre-planning until handover
– Attend and participate in Client-Consultant Meeting
– Lead a Site team to conduct and monitor all Contractors’ resources, progress etc for compliance with approved Works Program and scheduled progress
– Conduct feasibility study etc.

Job Requirement
– Candidate must possess related qualification in construction and development management and costing
– At least 4 years hands on working experience in property development environment
– Required languages : English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good leadership qualities
– Age : > 30 years old
