Project Manager of Pipeline Construction will provide project leadership and management for pipeline construction projects throughout the oversea.
This position is accountable for all aspects of project success from initial bidding process, to meeting or exceeding clients’ expectations and profitable completion of the job. Additionally, the Project Manager collaborates with other functional project teams in the planning and execution of the job. The role of the Project Manager is to estimate, plan, execute, and complete the construction of assigned projects according to strict deadlines and budgets. This includes acquiring, assigning, and managing resources, and coordinating the efforts of company employees and other resources, third-party subcontractors, consultants, vendors and suppliers in order to deliver completed projects in accordance with the clients’ requirements, plans, budgets and schedules. The Project Manager will define the project’s goals and objectives, oversee the project’s safe execution, HSE, and quality control throughout the project’s duration. The project manager is also responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of all financial data and reports and the project schedule.
Requirements
• Proven experience as construction project manager
• In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
• Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Familiarity with construction/ project management software
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• A team player with leadership abilities
• Bachelor in engineering, building science or relevant field
• PMP or equivalent certification will be an advantage
