JOBS DESCRIPTIONS
– Pre and Post Contract including tender, estimation, progress claims, and variation order.
– Evaluation of tender, preparation of tender submission and BQ, cost estimation.
– Management project costing including payment claims variation and final accounts.
– Cost planning, analysis and monitoring for project resources, costing and project budjet.
– Keep track and verify with claims status.
– Any other task that will be assigned from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
– Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveyor or equivalent
– 1-3 years experience in related field
– Good written and verbal communication skills
– Able to start immediately
