Job Requirements Include:
– Preparing Site Daily Report on Workers, Work Done, Materials on site, Sequence Planning.
– Checking sufficient Material on site for Ordering in advance.
– Coordinating with respective Sub-cons or Labor Teams to follow the Drawings and resolve technical issues on site.
– Planning out daily work for each labor team to follow, and push for speedy progress.
– Checking Quality of work to meet high standards.
– Whatsapp regular progress or issues to be resolved.
– Site measurement of all work done, for Accounts to release payment to Labor teams and to Claim from Client Work Done.
– Issue Memo’s to Client or Main Contractor.
– Coordinate labor/ subcon quotes.
– Sourcing Material and exploring suppliers.
– Prepare Work Program or Timeline for each scope of work.
– Integrity and Honesty in all forms of work ethic.
– Etc.

Salary Depending on Work Experience and capability – RM1800 – 3000
