Responsibilities :
• Preparing of project budgets, reports and tenders.
• Prepare project progress claim.
• Responsible for site measurement.
• To coordinate with contractors and site personnel.
• Responsible for tender costing and tender documentation.
• Responsible for taking off quantities, variation orders and project cost control.
• To provide materials requirements and schedule.

Requirements :
• Candidate must possess a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Degree in Quality Surveying or equivalent.
• Preferable with 4 years experience in relevant field.
• Knowledge in Project Contract.
• Able travel to site for valuation.
• Self-motivated, have good communication skills and strong problem solving skills.
