Complete task assigned according to Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) set and to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreement (SLA) for each scope of reporting, action, maintenance and repair action for each docket and related complaints.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Technical Support – Monitor, manage and maintain the project technical elements (Network, Servers, Applications and IT equipment
Officers may install and configure networking systems, diagnose hardware/software faults and solve technical problems, either over the phone, email or in person. Officers’ responsibilities will include but not limited to:
• Installing and configuring network equipment appliances;
• Monitoring and maintaining infrastructures and networks;
• Talking staff/clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone;
• Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving
hardware/software faults;
• Replacing parts as required;
• Providing support, including procedural documentation;
• Following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system;
• Supporting the roll-out of new technology implementation
• Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs
o Working continuously on a task until completion (or
o Referral to third parties, if appropriate)
• Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time
• Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals
(e.g., network engineers, system engineers and contact persons);
• Testing and evaluating new technology; and
• Conducting electrical safety checks on IT equipment and for all infrastructures
2. Site Performances And Management – to monitor site performance and immediate appropriate action to be taken to remedy all problems or shortcomings noted during review
3. Site Support – To provide a back-up support for all project related to technical require-ment in providing troubleshooting services to problem sites as well as resolving problems and issue at sites;
4. Reporting – Monitor all reports submitted by sites and submit a summarize version for Management review;
Job Requirement
• Candidate must possess at least Certificates/Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma in computer networking and hardware; Computer Science; Computer Software Development; Information Technology; or equivalent.
• Minimum 1-2 years working experience with related field;
• Matured, self-motivated, enthusiastic, result oriented, discipline and organized;
• Able to work in challenging and dynamic environment;
• A good team player;
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision;
• Possess good communication skills as well as ability to works fast and tight schedule.
• Any other duties as assigned from time to time
