• Must possess at least a Diploma in Information Technology
• Can speak in English and Bahasa Melayu.
• Mandarin is added advantage
• Willing to work on rotating and staggered shift hours as well as weekends and public holiday.
• To attend technical enquiries and provide solution
• To provide support for software and hardware upgrading and installation
• To conduct technical training to users
• To perform any other assignments delegated by management from time to time
