2. Able to translate user requirement into technical proposal.
3. Able to provide consultation on the overall system solution.
4. Produced high-level overall system solution architecture.
5. Able to consult relevant inputs in business process standardization according to the industry best practices.
6. Able to produced comprehensive Technical Proposal in the area of:
a. Enterprise Application Solution
• Human Resource Management System, Asset Management System, Procurement Management, Financial System, Helpdesk Management System, Hotel Management System, Enterprise Resource Planning, Customer Relationship Management, etc
b. Command and Control Centre Solution
c. Contact Centre & Customer Relationship Management Solution
d. Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence and Intelligence Dashboard Solution
7. Gathered and developed the functional and non-functional requirements Developed a series of business and system models (Use Case, Sequence Diagram, etc) that are used by the design and development team to develop the software design and architecture.
