Coordinate between IT Service Engineers and End User for HP Printers / MFPs
Job Description:
– Logging of all cases into case logging databases
– Initiates contact with service engineer to ensure all cases are logged upon resolution
– Provides immediate service support to a team of service engineer engaged in supporting the day-to-day efforts of HP Clients and Warranty Accounts (HP printers and copier)
– Provide administration and clerical Support to Service Engineers
– Monitor all service order and track service order status
– Conducts daily tracking of outstanding customer and technicians’ parts orders
– Escalates issues where known precedent has not been established.
The candidate
– Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree,
Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
– Required skill(s): MS Office – Excel
– Required language(s): Chinese, English, Bahasa Melayu
– Experienced in customer service and good service attitude.
– Minimum 1 year of experience required but on the job training will be provided but those who possess good knowledge of logistics flow, procedure and documentation
– Working Hours: Monday – Friday (8.30am – 6.00pm)
Remuneration:
Basic Salary:From RM2500 to RM3500 (subject to Experience)
Hand Phone: RM100 to RM150
Others: Over time / Stand By Allowance / Week allowance(project Base)
