• 1 to 3 years experience / Fresh Graduate.
• Good communication in English.
Skills Requirements:
• Knowledge of window applications software skills like MS Words, Excel, Power point, etc.
• Basic knowledge on Local transmission products such as ISDN , MetroEthernet , Gigawave , Digilink and Analog Leased lines, Hotlines, Private Wire, Fibre.
• Has the drive and energy to explore new ways of doing things to improve customer service.
• Must be customer focus.
• Ability to work varied shift types.
Job Responsibilities:
• Answer Transport Products- Local Network , Bizlive, Satellite calls -within the targeted Service Level.
• Manage email request for TAC Transport , Bizlive , Satellite fault assistance.
• Manage proactive monitoring service for Transport product that requires monitoring.
• Manage customer’s fault enquires and provide quality assistance.
• Log reported faults into ticketing system.
• Perform basic troubleshooting wherever possible (based on the nature of the chief complain and the availability of material to facilitate troubleshooting effort), documenting the actions taken and next steps, if any in the ticket.
• Manage coordination within inter-cross operational supports to ensure speedy fault resolution.
• Provide escalation to relevant party on prolong outages.
• Review and improve operational processes to enable operations to run effectively and efficiently.
