To perform for successful delivery, cabling, wiring, installation, testing, commissioning and handover at site
To assist Project Manager / Technical Manager in IT related task:
– installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications
– troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
– providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
– responding within agreed time limits to call-outs
– working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate);
– priority and managing many open cases at one time
– testing and evaluating new technology (if necessary)
– rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals
• Job Location: Kuala Lumpur & Putrajaya Sites
Minimum Certificate or Diploma in Information Technology/Networking/Computer Science
– Has basic IT experience
– Able to speak Bahasa Malaysia & English
– Good communication skill
