IT Technical Support – Selangor – Macromac Corporation (M) Sdn Bhd

Responsibilities:
– To provide technical assistance to clients for products & services offered by Maccorp
– To provide guidance to clients for products & services offered by Maccorp
– To troubleshoot errors related to MFP/photocopier’s networking
– To reply to clients via Helpdesk
– To answer and reply to phone calls on Technical related issues
– Provide Helpdesk support and ensure tickets are responded and resolved
– Any other task assigned by Supervisor

Requirements:
– Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
– Required skill(s): Linux, Windows, Networking.
– Required language(s): English
– Preferred language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese.
– Knowledge of/Experience with MFP Networking
– Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
– Preferably junior executives specializing in IT/Computer – Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday – 8:30AM to 6:00PM
Location : Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Salary Range :
RM1600-RM1800 (depends on qualification and experiences)
