Lead a team of 3-5 desktop engineer as Technical Leads and Technical Focal Point
Executive level.

1) Lead a team of 3 as Technical Leads and Technical Focal Point
2) Well verse in technology commonly used in Desktop Management such as (but not limited to) :
– Windows Client OS (Windows 7, Windows 10)
– New workstations configuration (applications installation and configuration, joining domain, IP configuration)
– Network printers configuration, WiFi, configure dual monitors
3) Know how to operate Active Directory, DNS and DHCP services
4) Good understanding on Microsoft Office 365 (Office 365 suite, Skype for Business, One Drive, One Team Drive, Yammer) as well as System Center suite (SCCM, SCOM, SCEP)
5) Basic understanding on network troubleshooting (firewalls, routers and switches)
6) Familiar with ITIL Process as well as Project Management
