Provides basic service support and troubleshooting, printer configurations, break/fix instructions, and escalation management.

Requirements;
• Have at least 1 to 2 years working experience in related field.
• Minimum Certificate or Diploma in Computer / IT Related
• “Can Do” attitude and result oriented
• Required language proficiency : English

Experience on
(a) Network, Lan, Wan, TCP, IP
(b) Computer Software / Hardware
(c) Printer Service & Repair

Salary Package
Basic: From RM1500 to RM2500 (subject to experience)
Motor Cycle/Car Allowance: From RM100 – RM500
Hand Phone: RM100
