• Diploma / Degree in IT, Engineering, Telecommunications or relevant field
• Level 1 technical support
• Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
• Working location: REDtone HQ, IOI Business Park, 47100 Puchong, Selangor
• Respond to calls or emails received from customers and create tickets
accordingly
• To provide support by liaising with customers via call , email , Sms on pre
alert & progress follow up & ticket closing
• Escalation to second level support if cases are unable to be resolved at
first level
• Prepare ticket analysis reports
• Responsible to ensure tickets are resolved as per SLA
• To ensure all tickets and issues are entered accurately into database
• Able to perform shift duty
