Helpdesk Specialist – Selangor – REDtone Telecommunications Sdn Bhd

• Diploma / Degree in IT, Engineering, Telecommunications
• Level 1 technical support
• Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
• Respond to calls or emails received from customers and create tickets accordingly
• To provide support by liaising with customers via call , email , Sms on pre alert & progress follow up & ticket closing
• Escalation to second level support if cases are unable to be resolved at first level
• Prepare ticket analysis reports
• Responsible to ensure tickets are resolved as per SLA
• To ensure all tickets and issues are entered accurately into database
• Perform shift duty or backup as and when required
