JOB DETAILS
Job Responsibilities – Create & prepare layout plans, sketches, 3D, 2D drawings, visuals. – Propose and design new concept to each client according to their desired needs. – Work closely with the sales manager or equivalent on conceptual designs, presentations, designs development and production. – Propose suitable construction materials, colour scheme, carpentry work and etc. – Liaise with team and supplier during and current progress of all ongoing projects. – Responsible for project deliverables, meeting overall project design schedules as well as preparing and presenting design presentations. – To attend site visit, site measurement and meeting with client. – To prepare project progress report and materials wastage report for management. Job Requirements – Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in any field or equivalent. – A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in residential & commercial interior design
