Job Description:
~Collect and compile all the design input required for carrying our design process by paying site
visits (if necessary) or by liaising with MPNSB Departments or direct with clients.
~Produce product design and/or system design as per customer requirements and agreed
timeline by performing design process. He/She shall also modify design whenever necessary in
order to comply any comments from SAT or FAT.
~Plan and update design schedule and advice project leader if there is any changes.
~Provide technical support to external and internal customers and resolve electrical or
engineering problem encountered during FAT and/or SAT with clients.
~Produce Bill Of Material (BOM) during Design Stage. Ensure latest BOM is updated as the design
progress along from conceptual until schematic. Changes of the BOM shall be inform to the
purchasing for purchase activity.
~Attend design review meeting with client.
~Rectify any design related problem at site.
~Visit construction sites to observe condition impacting design and to identify solution to
technical design problem that arise during construction.
~Practice VAVE by incorporating new or alternative approved materials or scheme in the design in
order to reduce cost and to come up with standard design in order to reduce time spent in
designing or drafting processes.
~Interface with other departments including sub-con parties and sub-con management, customer,
suppliers.

Requirements:
~ Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic,) or
equivalent.
~ Good at free-hand designs/drawings. Ability to use Auto Cad is an added advantage.
~ Good analytical skill in electrical schematic diagram.
~ At least 3 years of working experience in equipment integration environment or related field is
required for this position.
~ Able to work under pressure and independently.
~ Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
~ 1 (one) full time positions available.
~ Posses own transport.
