Job Description
Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions as customer billing details.opens customer accounts by recording account information.
Maintain customer records by updating billing account information .
Resolve all customer needs as per requested by clarifiying the customer’s complant,determining the cause of the problem,selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem.
Requirements
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
Process at least high school qualification (SPM)
Work Location: Bangsar / TTDI / Puchong
