Requirements:
>Candidate must possess at least an SPM, Diploma, Degree (in any field).
>Age between 19 – 35 years old.
>Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. (Mandarin is an added advantage)
>Good in communication.
>Must be able to work on flexible hours – Shift: Mon-Sun , 5 days a week, 2 days Off.
>Applicants must be willing to work in either TTDI/Puchong/ Bangsar/Jalan Tun Razak/Kelana Jaya
>Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
>Training will be provided.

Position : Customer Service Professional (CSP) for Inbound.
– To attend/ answer incoming calls from customer, identify problems and assist them to solve the problem by providing the right solution.
– Follow up with the customer on pending cases.
– Create report in the system.
Location : Kuala Lumpur (Bangsar, TTDI, Kelana Jaya, Puchong,Kelana Jaya )
Salary : Basic up to RM 1700 (Based on qualification / experience) + Performance Allowance (KPI) + Transport Allowance+Shift Allowance+ language allowance (for Mandarin Speaker)
