1. Receive incoming goods; check for damage and for discrepancies between goods and invoices.
2. Accurately, sort, label and store goods; arrange storage to optimize warehouse space and to check the stock on a periodic manner.
3. Pick, pack and dispatch outgoing goods according to written orders.
4. Enter data into a database or other computerized system to maintain up-to-date stock records, retrieve stored information to respond to enquirers.
5. Perform other routine clerical activities according to the organization’s established procedures.
6. To issue goods to the operation and practice First-In-First-Out (FIFO) procedure and to maintain up to date stock record
7. To practice perpetual stock check to ensure the physical quantity tallies with updated stock records
8. To record and filing of Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, Delivery Order and related documents.
9. Manage stock control: the self-assured receipt, storage, retrieval and timely delivery of goods; shipment loading & transferring; document recording and data entry into system.
10. Always research to improve all logistic & operations area according to company’s objectives.

REQUIREMENTS :-
1. Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level, any field.
2. At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Store environment related experience warehouse and production knowledge will added advantage.
4. Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
5. Required language (s) : English & Malay
6. Required skill(s): MS-Office.
7. Must be able to work independently.
8. Self-driven, willing to learn & Pro-active.
9. Applicants must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur (Taman Shamelin, Cheras).
10. Possess own transport.
11. 2 Full-time position available.
