JOB DETAILS
Provide courteous services to guests and respond promptly and tactfully to guests’ complaints, requests and inquiries. Taking accurate orders from customers and sending them to the kitchen for preparation process. Administer cash registers and make sure all sales transactions captured are accurate. Fetch customer’s food/beverage from the kitchen and serve it at the customer’s table. Maintain the cleanliness of the working space.
