Typist / Data Entry – Melaka – Adecco Staffing & Outsourcing Sdn Bhd

Responsibilities:
– Responsible for the typing and formatting of accounts, reports and related documents.
– Checking the accounts and understanding the requirements indicated in the document.
– Timely delivery of the completed document.
– Attend to hotline and email queries and perform relevant checks and investigation.

Requirements:
– Min SPM with minimum 1 to 2 years of related working experience.
– Computer literate in MS OFFICE and GOOD DOCUMENT PREPARATION.
– SPEAK GOOD AND FLUENT ENGLISH.
– GOOD INTERPERSONAL AND ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS.
– May be required to WORK OVERTIME during BUSY PERIODS.

SHIFT HOUR AS BELOW:
1. 8.00am to 5.00pm
2. 11.00am to 8.00pm
