Industry : Plastic / Rubber Manufacturer Location : Tampoi, Johor Bahru Senior Tooling Designer Duties • Responsible for Rubber & Plastic Parts DFM • Designing tool, developing analysis and verification mechanisms • Participate in Early Supplier involvement • Perform close tolerance analysis using 3D solid models, detailed blueprints drawings and sketches • Effective communication with mold maker and client as and when required • Design of jigs, fixtures, and other related equipment to support production Requirements • Diploma in Mechanical engineering or any other related • Knowledge in plastic , product tooling development • At least 2 years in plastic/ liquid silicone injection /rubber compression tooling design • Hands on 3D mold design with the use of UG and Autocad • Project Management experience will be an added advantage • Analyse Rubber and injection process issues and troubleshoo
