DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Sourcing for Foreign Worker agency(s) & candidates.
Liaise closely with the Hiring Managers on the staff requirements & candidate selection.
Perform sourcing activities using various channels such as social media tools, online recruitment sites, headhunters, employment agencies and referrals
Filtering job applications and shortlisting candidates against the job requirements.
Scheduling and arranging interviews with the shortlisted candidates.
Ensuring that FW hiring permits, visa, Offer Letters are prepared accurately and timely for successful candidates.
Arranging for pre-employment medical checkup.
Conduct onboarding orientation program.
To monitor cost of hiring for the position and time to fill by positions.
Ensure documents filing is accurate and up to date.
Establish, maintain and control personal files, recruitment relation records, correspondence, medical reports and Organization charts.
Prepare FW recruitment reports in order to monitor and assess effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
Work closely with outsource agent workers to manage accommodation per RBA and Act446, and transportation for FW to work place.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Human Resources or related field
Adequate skills in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in managing government relations with government agencies
Deep experience in managing/organizing accommodation according to ILO, RBA and Act 446 requirement.
Extensive experience in working with FW related agencies
Experience in blue collar hiring
Extensive knowledge of FW work permit process
Familiar with various statutory acts related to FW and Blue collar
