JOB DETAILS
1) Development of HRMS software suite. 2) Responsible for Java application development to support business objectives. 3) Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design. 4) Write effective APIs. 5) Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications. 6) Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software. 7) Create security and data protection settings. 8) Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design. 9) To support and maintain existing software products in line with predefined service levels. 10) Ensure modifications and developments to the software meets defined requirements and are in compliance with quality controls including but not limited to code reviews, testing and documentation. 11) Pro-actively communicate with Business Analyst / Implementers to clarify user requirements. 12) To develop enterprise-scale applications in accordance with Company standards, procedures and methodology. 13) Assist team
