JOB DETAILS
Responsibilities – To be an ambassador for the represented Brand and portray at all times a professional and customer-oriented image. – To provide excellent customer service while achieving sales target set. – To perform stock replenishment and price tagging whenever required. – Ensure that monthly sales targets are achieved for the store. – Conduct daily, monthly stock count for all stores. – Ensure the appropriate daily, weekly and monthly reports submission are delivered on time. – Responsible to support / attend any meeting / huddle in the absence of Store PIC / Assistant Store Manager / Store Manager. – To be competent as On Job Training Instructor. – Able to assist new team members in daily job and task as well as any related training matters. Requirements – Passion for selling. – Customer service oriented. – Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. – Must be comfortable to retail hours (shift work, weekends, and Public Holidays). – Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field. – Required language: English.
