Qualifications and Requirements:
• At least possess Secondary school/ SPM in any field.
• Minimum 10 years in conveyancing project and loan documentation is required.
• Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
• Required skill(s): Pre-project planning, SPA & loan documentation as well as supervisory skills
• Meticulous in documentations and paper works
• Details oriented
• Good analytical skills
• Good time management
