[2:11 pm, 16/10/2021] Jack: Job Highlights * A knowledgeable, high-achieving, experienced & fun team * An International and diverse work atmosphere * A competitive benefits package Job Description Key Responsibilities include: • Managing databases. • To ensure all customer orders received, verified, processed, acknowledged, confirmed and delivered as per order and in a timely manner. • Ordering stationery, purchasing pantry items & general office upkeep. • Assist Sales person in dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries from customers. • Assist Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager & General Manager in quotation. • Ensure prompt and smooth deliveries to customers. • Preparing letters for the Sales Office. • Managing office petty cash. • Delegating tasks to sales coordinator. • Manage collection of all the outstanding accounts receivables from customers.
