JOB DETAILS
Greet Customers and answer customer inquiries. Addressing and resolving customer complaints in a professional manner. Assisting customers in locating desired shop items. Informing customers of shop promotions to encourage purchases. To ensure the cleanliness of the shops before and after operation. To ensure the stock is arranged as per standard guidelines and replenish the stock when required. To handle for cashier and ensure the amount of the transaction is accurate to avoid any discrepancy. Other duties and responsibilities assigned by company from time to time. Applicant must be willing to work at Sri Petaling / Puchong
