• Provide good customer service. (Khidmat pelanggan yang bagus.) • Proactively promote, brief, and provide services to customers including guiding customers / clients for new registration and enquiries how to use our mobile apps. (Mempromosikan serta membimbing pelanggan/pelanggan untuk pendaftaran baharu dan pertanyaan cara menggunakan aplikasi mudah-alih (mobile application)). • Address and resolve customer feedback in a professional manner. (Menangani dan menyelesaikan maklum balas pelanggan secara professional) • Be passionate and interested in the products we sell. (Bersemangat dan berminat dengan perkhidmatan yang kami jual.) • Keep the booth clean and tidy always. (Pastikan keadaan tempat bekerja bersih dan kemas sepanjang masa.) • Basic troubleshooting for the coin counting machine, company assets and maintenance and if need further repairs or troubleshooting, to report to relevant parties to have the machines repaired or replaced as soon as possible.
