Recruitment: – Develop and drive effective recruitment strategies to hire talented and qualified retail experienced candidates. This may include job posting optimization, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning and talent planning. – Identify and source appropriate talent for current roles for the retail business unit. – Identify as well as build relationships and network with the result-driven and passionate candidate in the market (retail) whilst managing their career search and personal aspirations. – Identify future talent needs and proactively recruit and source, develop a talent pool. – Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including assessments, interviews and job offers.
