Receptionist – Selangor – Pestech Sdn Bhd

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handle all related front desk and receptionist duties
• Daily interactions with a customer/guest to assist in any inquiries. The interactions can be via email or telephone, or even in person
• Monitor closely on cleanliness of Reception area, Lobby & Meeting rooms
• Monitor Telephone systems, Copier Machines and TV Displays
• Arrange and prepare relevant documents for Interview sessions
• Day-to-day duties include filing, compiling/tabulating data/records, and sorting/distributing mail
• Ability to communicate in a positive and professional manner
• Provide administrative and clerical support in the office
• Any other duties or assignment as and when assigned by the management from time to time.

• Diploma in any fields, professional certificate/SPM holder with relevant experience or equivalent.
