We are looking for a receptionist cum admin assistant for our Kuala Lumpur HQ to manage incoming/outgoing calls,to ensure the front office & reception area is kept clean, to perform & assist general administrative duties such as typing and filling.Permanent full time position available immediately.
Job Responsibilities and Requirement:
– Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as data entry, filling, photocopying, collating
– Must be able to read, write & speak in English & Bahasa
– Proficient and confident in spoken English
– Friendly, courteous and must be guest services-oriented
– Possess a pleasant personality and good telephone etiquette skills.
– Handle all related front desk and receptionist duties
– Responsible for answering and transferring calls to the respective extension/person in a
professional manner.
– Attend to walk in client.
– Other assignments may be required from time to time.
– Responsible in weekly stock checking and stationery ordering.
– To ensure the cleanliness of the workstation at all times.
– Ensure Total Customer Satisfaction at all times.
– To perform any other related duties dedicated by management according to the operational
needs from time to time.
