JOB DETAILS
Responsibilities • Source, negotiate & purchase products from both local & over sea vendors • Evaluate vendor’s quotation, ensure vendors fulfil project technical specs • Advise internal & external purchasing Terms & Conditions issues • Daily operational purchasing needs: planning, issuing & follow up Purchase Orders delivery, shipment schedules, etc • Resolve supply, quality, service & invoicing issues • Evaluate supplier performance: Quality standards, Delivery time & Best prices, etc • Implementing internal procurement strategies for high delivery & short lead time • Negotiate the best deal for pricing & supply contracts • Make professional decisions in fast-paced environment • Improving organization purchasing process • Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned • Work with team members to complete duties as needed Requirements • Candidate must possess SPM / STPM • School leavers are encouraged to apply as training will be provided • Fresh graduate/ Degree / equivalent are welcome to apply • Goal-oriented, organized team player • Hardworking, Positive attitude • Multitask, prioritize, & manage time efficiently • Accurate, Precise attention to detail • Analyse problems & strategize for better solutions • Excellent verbal & written communication skills • Resourceful, self-driven, proactive, independent worker • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) & AutoCount • Work well under stress & fast paced environment • Work well with management & staff at all levels • Proficiency in Chinese, English, Malay • Chinese speaking and writing is a MUST Email: hrgroup@certosolution.com Mobile: +60 19-880 7268
