Responsibilities:
1. Greeting customers who enter the shop.
2. Be involved in stock control and management.
3. Assisting customer to find the goods and
products they are looking for.
4. Being responsible for processing cash and card
payments.
5. Stocking shelves with merchandise.
6. Answering queries from customers..
7. Giving advice and guidance on product selection
to customers.
8. Keeping the store tidy and clean, this includes
hovering and mopping.
9. Responsible dealing with customer complaints.
10. Working within established guidelines,
particularly with brands.
11. Attaching price tags to merchandise on the
trading floor.
12. Receiving and storing the delivery of large
amounts of stock
13. Keeping up to date with special promotions and
putting up displays.
14. To perform any other job assignments/duties as
may be required by management from time to time.

Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in
Pharmacy or equivalent. SPM holder with at least 1
year experience in retail industry is also
encourage to apply.
2. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication
skills and service oriented.
4. Willing to work on shift, weekend and public
holiday.
