Preferably with Diploma in Pharmacy
– Able to work for 8-hour shift a day and 6 days a week.
– Enjoys talking, serving and promoting products to customers
– Must be able to speak English.
– Working experience in retail pharmacy or supermarket will be an additional
advantage.
– To practice active mobility within the respective designated section/area of the outlet in order to provide immediate and appropriate assistance/service to customer courteously at all times;
– To provide excellent customer service, support and to actively promote products or any promotional mechanism to customers;
– Handling customers inquiries/complaint, to determine their needs and to offer advise/assistance appropriately and professionally;
– To be aware of possible shoplifters and to ensure all merchandises are being paid before taking out from the outlet;
– To report and coordinate appropriately if there is any depleting/insufficient stock that needs to be replenished;
– To perform any other job assignments/duties as may be required by Management from time to time.
