Keep a log with all personal bills and mail (kept detailed notes for family budget)
Typed documents and prepared meetings
Flexible working hour / travel.
Excellent oral communication skills required; to speak clearly and effectively
Skilled with MS Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Strong organizational skills, able to prioritize and to use time
