Plan and manage the Managing Director’s schedule including scheduling meeting, appointments and traveling arrangement; arrange travel, visa and accommodation whenever necessary Produce reports, presentations and brief; Possess own transport and driving license and willing to travel
Diploma in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Secretarial or equivalents.
Proficient in BM and English;
Competent in Microsoft Office Word, Excel
etc; Highly motivated;
