JOB DETAILS
Job Description – Actively identify potential merchants via cold-calling, contacts from the third-party agencies and various other channels – Arrange appointments and present our company’s business proposition to relevant stakeholders of potential merchants – Manage a group of third-party agencies tasked to acquire merchants on a nationwide scale – Lead merchant onboarding process which includes system integration, troubleshooting system errors and staff training to ensure that transactions proceed seamlessly – Responsible for developing and executing campaigns for merchant acquisition purposes – Build strong rapport and work closely with key accounts, ensuring growing adoption, conversions and revenue generation – Conduct periodic review of existing operational SOPs to further smoothen the entire merchant relations flow Qualifications Needed – Hold at least a diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferably in science and business) and possess own transport
