JOB DETAILS
• To troubleshoot machine breakdown for all factory machineries and always ensure minimum production downtime. • To analyze machine down time and develop appropriate countermeasures. • To carry out routine inspection and servicing of plant equipment. • To carry out workshop duties like welding, grinding, drilling, cutting, etc. • To participate in continuous improvement of quality management systems including safety and suggests ways to improve the performance or efficiency of the machineries. • To be able to inspect/troubleshoot electrical systems/equipment. • Good working knowledge of Preventive Maintenance (PM) & to lead in PM programs in sections to ensure optimal performance of machineries. • Responsible for regular preventive maintenance; especially mechanical, electrical and electronic maintenance of all machines and processing lines to ensure no down time. • To restore machines to their operating conditions in the shortest possible time
