JOB DETAILS
a)Minimum one (1) year of Post Qualified Experience (PQE) in conveyancing matters ; b)Extensive experiences in handling developers and sub-sales transactions including loan documentations (namely housing loan (conventional and islamic), retail loans/end financing and others) ; c)Experienced in drafting corporate agreements (namely Memorandum of Understanding, Joint Venture Agreement, Sale of Shares Agreements, Corporate Tenancy and others) ; and d)Well versed in Mandarin language (both spoken and written).
