Required Skill: 1) Layout Plan Design Skill, Conceptual Design 3D, 3D Perspective; 2) Preferred Skill: 3D Max, AutoCAD, U-Ray; 3) Minimun 3 years of working experience in related field; 4) Full Time; 5) Possess own transport; 6) Location: Sri Rampai Setapak. Responsibilities: • Independently create full design concepts for projects based on Principal’s design vision. • General research and all sourcing. • Prepare for client presentations by creating mood boards, floorplans, drawings and elevations. • Follow up with vendors on lead times and quotes. • Organize and manage samples library.
