JOB DETAILS
• To handle quotations, delivery orders, purchase orders, invoices, and billing processing with customers and suppliers • Proven admin or assistant experience • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work • Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads. • Understanding customers’ needs and identifying sales opportunities. • Keeping up with product and service information and updates. • Upselling products and services. • Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
