Your responsibilities
Implementing and reviewing target segment(s) strategies with country-specific action plans
Responsible for achieving key targets (e.g., volume, price, and mix) for the segment(s) in the specified market. Creating detailed business plans, implements with regular follow-up
Monitoring market trends and recommending adjustments for the strategy and planning accordingly to meet changing market and competitive landscapes. Providing appropriate market information for long- to mid-term decision making
Communicating the end user value proposition for the target segment (internally and externally). Supporting local sales organization to have an effective perception in the target segment(s)
Ensuring the major accounts in the segment(s) are identified and prioritized. Acting as Account Manager for one or more major accounts in the Country
Building and maintaining strong relationships with the key customers in the target segment. Following up ABB’s performance in fulfilling their needs and communicating deficiencies and/or opportunities to the respective Business Units/Product Groups
Reporting by segment to accurately measure progress and uses common tools to identify future opportunities
Your background
Bachelor’s degree preferable in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
More than 5 years of experience in electrical /automation industry with strong network within Semiconductor, F&B or Factory segment
Broad understanding on end user and segment approach and ability to work across function and team
Excellent communication skills with an ability to influence both internally and externally.
Willing to travel 30%.
