JOB DETAILS
1. To assist HR Manager: a. Calculate staff overtime claim end of the month. b. Issue medical receipt to worker. 2. Handling office administration and documentation. 3. Attend to incoming and outgoing calls. 4. Records, date stamps and distributes all incoming letter 5. Prepare letters, reports, memo, notice, correspondence and other related documents. 6. Assist in filing duties 7. To handle general office administration 8. To undertake ad-hoc assignments when required by superior.
