Job Descriptions • Processing incoming business application and ensuring all processes are carried out in accordance with Company regulations and policies. • Gather all the data by analyzing and interpreting any missing, misleading, unmatched, or potential fraudulent data. • Conducting all necessary of Know Your Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) exercises. • Organizing the data updates according to Company processes. • Processing any incoming changes request, reviewing, verifying, and matching all the data accordance with required documents • Assist general enquiries from clientele, financial advisor, and brokers via written or phone call. • Support office administrative and other projects.
