JOB DETAILS
1. Candidate must possess at least a SPM. 2. Must be able to perform multiple tasks with a need to occasionally upgrade skills in order to meet changing job conditions 3. Specific skill-based competencies required to satisfactorily perform the functions of the job include: operating equipment used in skilled trade 4. Read, write and understand Bahasa Malaysia. 1. Work well independently and better in a team. 2. Able to learn to handle with care hand tools and power tools. 3. Must be able to perform multiple tasks with a need to occasionally 4. Must be willing to work from bottom of the skill level. 5. Must be willing to learn new skills in order to improve job functions and performance. 6. Must be willing to be cross trained and move to other area when needed 7. Must be able to follow and take instruction from supervisor or any person in charge well. 8. Perform task/job in any phase of shop operation, such as: set-ups and change over’s, cleaning and painting equipment, sweeping and cleaning and handling, sorting and storing materials and supplies.
