General Administrative Assistant – Kuala Lumpur – Stampede Solution Sdn Bhd

Performs administrative and office support activities for Business Support Dept. Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing.
Successful candidate will join the business support team to perform/assist on routine general administrative activities e.g. accounts receivable follow-up, filing, billing and invoicing, office upkeep and maintenance, procurement of general supplies, and HR administrative.

Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite and UBS is added advantage.
